I’m a single Dad of 3 kids, a tradie and study part time so the budget is very limited.  This might be the only property that I ever purchase so I wanted to make sure it was a sound investment to help pay for my children’s future.  I was really keen to be able to find a property where I could build a new home for myself, my 3 children and at the same time have some future development potential. Peter worked very closely with me over many months. We eventually found a block of land where I was able to build a stunning family home, which Peter tailored to suit my family’s needs. I was also able to future proof the investment by being shown how the property could be further developed into a triplex.  Whenever I’m ready to, I will be able to subdivide my land and create 2 vacant blocks that I can either build homes for my children or sell off to help pay off my mortgage. 

Meeting and working with Pete is like winning the lotto. 

I’ve actually become friends with Peter and appreciate being able to work with him, he’s a bloke I know I can trust.
